Long shape pasta similar to spaghetti but in the form of a thin tube (like a straw) with a particular consistency, excellent cooking resistance, very common in Central-Southern Italy. Produced by small artisanal producers of the restricted area of Gragnano. Bronze Die pasta, suitable for creamy condiments based on tomato sauce or cheese.
